       Person Claiming or to Claim any right Title or Properties to the same
       by from or under him the s.d Nich.o Ridgely & his heirs & that the s.d Nicholas
       Ridgely & his heirs shall & will at any time hereafter at the request and
       Charge of the Law of him the Said Henry Ridgely his heirs & Assigns Doe
       Make Execute any further or Other Deed or Deeds thing or things as
       the Council Learned in the Law of him the said Henry Ridgely his heirs &
       Assigns shall Advise or Devise for the sure & more firm makeing the
       af.d Land & Premisses with their Appurtenances unto the said Henry
       Ridgely his heirs & Assigns for ever according to the True intent & meaning
       of this Deed   In Witness whereof the s.d Nich.o Ridgely hath hereunto
       set his hand & Affixed his seale the Day & Year first Above Written

       Reced of Henry Ridgely Twenty one Pounds Sterl in full for the Consideration
       money within mentioned for the Land & Premisses within Mentioned as

       Right of the within Named Henry Ridgely his heirs & assigns for ever
       according to the true Intent & meaning of the same & the Act of
       Assembly in that Case made & Provided Taken & Acknowledged
