       County in the Territories of Pensilvania Gent of the one Part & Henry
       Ridgely of Ann.ll County in the Province af.d Gent of the Other Part Witnesseth
       that the said Nicholas Ridgley for & in Consideration of Twenty one
       Pounds Sterl Money to him in hand paid by the s.d Henry Ridgley the receipt
       Thereof he the s.d Nicholas Ridg^e^ly Doth hereby Acknowledge & therefrom
       Doth Clearly Acquit & for ever Discharge the Said Henry Ridgley his
       heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs by these Presents Hath Given Granted bargained
       sold Aliened enfeoffed & Confirmed & by these Presents Doth Give Grant
       bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff & Confirm unto the s.d Henry Ridgely his heirs
       & Assigns for ever all That Tract or Parcell of Land being the Moyetie
       or half of a Tract of Land Lyeing & being formerly in Baltimore County but now
       in Annarundell County Originally on the Sixteenth Day of Aug.t Seventeen
       hundred & twenty five Granted in Joynt Tenancy to the Parties af.d for three
       Hundred Acres of Land by the Name of Ridgelys Care as by his Lordships Letter
       Pattent for the same Lands Referance being had may more fully & at Large
       Appear Together with all & singular the Appurtenances to the s.d Moyetie
       or half Part of the Tract of Land af.d belonging or in Anywys Appertaining
       & the Reversion & Reversions Remainder & remainders Rents Isues and
       Profitts Thereof & all the Estate Right Title Claim & Demand Whatsoever
       of him the s.d Nich.o Ridgely of in & to the Said Moyetie or half Part of the Tract
       of Land af.d hereby Granted or Intended to be hereby Granted unto the
       Said Henry Ridgely his heirs & assigns for ever To have & to hold
       the af.d Moyetie or half Part of the Tract of Land af.d with all the Premisses
       & Appurtenances thereunto belonging unto him the said Henry Ridgely
       his heirs & Assignes for ever to the only Proper use & behoofe of him the
       said Henry Ridgely his heirs & assigns for ever & to None Other Use
       Intent & Purpose Whatsoever & the s.d Nicholas Ridgely for himself
       his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs & every of them Doth further Covenant Promise
       & Agree to & with the said Henry Ridgely his heirs & Assigns that the
       af.d Lands & Premisses Will Warrant & for ever hereafter Defend
       to the said Henry Ridgely his heirs & assigns as well from & against
       him the said Nich.o Ridgely & his heirs as from & against all & every
