    x.d            Know all men by these presents that I Thomas Blackston of
       Ann Arundell County Mariner have made Ordained Nominated Constituted and
       Appointed And by these presents Do Nominate Constitute and Appoint in my
       stead and place John Moale of Baltimore County marchant my true &
       Lawfull Attorny for me and in my Name and to my use to Ask sue for levie
       Require recover and REceive all and all manner of Debts sum or sums
       of Money or Tobacco due or hereafter to be Due or payable to me the said
       Thomas Blackson by any Person or Persons whatsoever And to make
       or give Acquittances or Other Discharges for the same And for the
       better doing Acting perfroming or executing of all or any of the
       premises I Do hereby give unto my said Attorn^e^y full power and
       Authority to Constitute Appoint Authorize and in his place or
       Stead put One or more Attorny or Attornys for me And the same
       at his pleasure to Revoke and to Do execute perform and finish
       for me and in my Name all and singular the things which shall be
       Expedient and Necessary in or about the premisses or any of them as
       fully and amply to all Intents and Purposes as I the said Thomas Blackston
       might or could if personally present Hereby Ratifying and
       Confirming all and whatsoever my said Attorny or his Substitutes
       shall Lawfully do or cause to be done in or about the primisses
       And I Do hereby Revoke and Annull all former powers by me
       Made or Given to any Person or persons Whatsoever In Witness
       Whereof I have hereunto sett my Hand and Seal this
       Sixteenth Day of August Anno Dom 1733
