       and each of the s.d parties doth by these presents Covenant
       grant conclude & Agree to & with the other in Manner & form
       following that is to say that the s.d Recovery of all & singular
       the Lands & other the premisses shall for ever imediately from
       & after the Recovery & execution had be and remain & all & every
       person & persons w.ch now or at the time of the s.d Recovery to be
       had shall stand & be seized of all & singular the Lands
       & other the premisses or any part thereof to the only use & uses
       hereafter Expressed & not to any other use or uses intents or
       Purposses that is to say tot eh use of the s.d Ann Carroll for
       & During the Naturall Life of her the s.d Ann Carroll & after
       her Decease to the use & Benefitt of the s.d Charles
       Carroll her son by the s.d Daniel Carroll begotten his
       heirs & assignes for ever & not to any other use or uses In
       Wittness whereof the parties hereunto have Interchangeably
       set their hands & seales the Day & Year above
