M.d Phil Key To all Christian People to whom these Presents shall Come I Robert
pays fees     Mason of S.t Marys County send Greeting Know ye that I the s.d Rob.t
       Mason for & in Consideration of five shillings to me in hand paid by Roswell
       Neale of S.t Marys County Gent & for Divers other good Considerations me
       thereunto moving have given granted & Confirmed & by these Presents do give
       Grant & Confirm unto the same Roswell Neale the five following Negroes
       as in my Possession Viz.t Kate, Indey, Monia and Joe & Robin to have
       hold use Dispose of Possess & injoy & the same Negroes & there future
       increase to him the s.d Roswell Neale his Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes from
       henceforth for ever to ^the^ use of & in trust for Susanna Mason wife of me
       the s.d Rob.t Mason & to no Other use Intent or Purpose Whatsoever
       Without any Manner of Claim Challenge or Demand whatsoever  by any
       Person or Persons whatever And I the s.d Rob.t Mason all & singular
       the s.d Negroes & their future increase unto the s.d Roswell Neale
       his Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes for the use & in the trust af.d against all
       Men shall & will Warrant & for ever Defend by these Presents
       sealed with my seal & Dated this 15.th Day of May 1734
