(27)   of the Other part for the Consideration therein Mentioned the said Henry
          Evans did grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff and Confirm unto the said
          Ariana Jenings her heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs and assignes for ever all that Tract or parcell
          of Land Called Bright Helmstone now Scituate Lying and being in Kent County
          and Province of Maryland Begining at a corner marked Pick Hickory
          Standing on the South side of Choptank road and near the head of a branch
          belonging to Sasafrax River Called the Mill branch and runing from the said
          Tree South East four hundred pches then with a line drawn North East
          four hundred perches and from thence with a line drawn North west four
          hundred pches and from thence with a line drawn to the aforementioned
          Pick Hickory Containing & laid out for One thousand acres more or less and
          also the several Negroes hereafter mentioned (that is to say) Guy Jack
          Joan Pegg and Nimba a Girl as also sixteen head of black Cattle marked
          with a Crop slit and under Keal in Each ear together with the Increase
          of the said Negroes and Cattle To have and to hold the said Land and
          premisses together with the s.d Negroes & Cattle unto the said Ariana Jenings
          her heirs Ex.rs adm.rs & assignes forever Provided Nevertheless to be void
          on the payment of the sum of four hundred and thirty four pounds
          five shillings and one penny three farthings Sterl and one hundred
          twenty one pounds nineteen shillings and four pence Currency on the
          twenty seventh day of April which shall be in the year of our Lord
          Seventeen hundred and thirty three with Legal Interest for the
          same ^sums^ yearly and every year during the said Term on the twenty
          seventh day of April yearly And whereas the said Henry Evans hath
          not paid any part of the principal sum or any part of the
          Interest due thereon Now this Indenture witnesseth that for &
          in consideration of the s.d Sums and the Interest due thereon the said
          Henry hath granted released and Confirmed and by these presents
          doth grant release and Confirm unto the said Ariana Jenings the
          above Mentioned Tract of Land and premisses with all the houses
