(26)   and Charges in the Law of the Said James Kingsbury his
          Heirs or assigns make doe perform acknowledge Levy
          execute and suffer of cause to be made done performed
          acknowledged levied executed and suffered all and every
          such further Lawfull & Reasonable Act or Acts thing
          or things Device or Devices assurance or assurances
          and Conveyances in the Law whatsoever for the
          further better and more perfect assurance surety &
          sure Making and Conveying all & singular the before
          hereby granted or mencond to be Granted Premisses
          with their and every of their Rights Members & Appurtenances
          unto the Said James Kinsbury his heirs or
          assignes as by his or their councill learned in the Law
          shall be reasonably advised devised or required In
          Witness whereof the parties above mencond have
          hereunto interchangably sett their hands and seales

          in the year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and thirty made between
