(28)   Edifices buildings barnes Stables Gardens Orchards fences & appurts
          thereunto belonging And the said Negroes and Cattle with their
          Increase and all the Estate right Title Interest Equity and benefit
          of Redemption Claim and demand whatsoever of him the said Henry Evans
          of in or to the Same or any part thereof To have & to hold all and
          Singular the premisses herein before mentioned with their Appurts
          unto the said Ariana Jenings her heirs Ex.rs adm.rs and assignes to
          the Only proper use and behoof of the said Ariana Jenings her
          heirs Ex.rs adm.rs & assignes forever so that Neither he the said Henry
          Evans nor his heirs Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes nor any other person or
          persons for him or them or in his or their names or in the name right
          or stead of any them shall or will by anyways or means hereafter
          have Claim Challenge or demand and Estate right title Interest or
          Equity of Redemption of in or to the Premisses or any part thereof
          In Witness whereof the said Henry Evans hath hereunto set his hand
          and seale the day and year above written

          On the back of the foregoing Instrument was thus endorst Viz.t
          August 20.th 1731 Then Came before us me the Subscriber one of his
          Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within named
          Henry Evans Party to these Presents And Acknowledged the Land
          and Premisses within mentioned to be the right of the within
          named Ariana Jenings According to the form and Effect of the Act
          of Assembly in that Case made and Provided
