       Memorandum
                            That on the day & year Above Written Came before
       me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the provincial Court
       the Within Named Hezekiah Clark & acknowledged the within Written
       Deed to his Act & Deed And that the Within Granted Lands &
       premisses are the proper Right & Estate of the within named
       Richard Snowden his heirs & assigns for ever according to the true Intent
       & Meaning of the within Written Deed In Testimony Whereof I
       have hereunto Subscribed my name the day & year above Written

       Know all men by these presents that W.m Gardiner of
       Ann.ll County planter for the Love & Affection that I have & do bear
       towards My son George Gardiner & also for Divers other good Causes
       & Consid.ns me hereunto especially moving hath & by these presents
       Doth Give unto the said George Gardiner one Red & White Cow with a
       Crop & a Slitt in the Left Gear & a Cropp & two Slitts & under Bitt in
       her Right ear & also one Black Cow with a Cropp & a Slitt in her Right
       ear & a Cropp & two Slits & an under Bitt in her Left ear And also one Brown
       Cow with the same Mark of the last Mentioned Black Cow & also one
       other Brown Cow with a White Bump Marked with the same Mark of the
       two last Mentioned Cows & also one Gray Horse Marked W Pupon both
       shoulders In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this
       sixteenth day of Ap.l in the year of Our Lord One thousand seven hundred
