       other way or means Whatsoever of in or to the herby intended to be
       Granted four hundred acres of Land & premisses or of in or to any
       part or parcell thereof To have & to hold the afd hereby
       Granted or hereby Meant ^or Intended^ to be Granted four hundred Acres of Land
       & premisses with their & every of their Appurtenances unto
       the said Richard Snowden his heirs & assigns for ever ^to the only proper use and behoof of him the said Rich.d Snowden his heirs & assigns for ever^ & to none
       other use intent or purpose Whatsoever And the said
       Hezekiah Clark doth hereby for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators
       Covenant grant & agree to and with the s.d Richard Snowden
       his heirs executors administrators & assigns in Manner & form
       following that is to say that the said Hezekiah his heirs
       executors & administrators and every of them shall & will
       at all times hereafter when he or they shall be thereon to
       Reasonable Required by the said Richard Snowden
       his heirs or assigns make do suffer execute & acknowledge
       all such other & further Acts Deeds Deeds things Conveyances
       and assurances in the Law as by the said Richard Snowden
       his heirs or assignes or his or their Council Learned in the
       Law shall be Reasonable devised advised or Required
       for the further better & more perfect Assureance surety
       & sure making of all & singular the hereby Granted four
       hundred Acres of Land & premisses with their Appurtenances
       unto the said Richard Snowden his heirs & assigns for ever And
       Also that he the said Hezekiah Clark his heirs executors
       & Administrators & every of them the aforesaid hereby Granted
       four hundred Acres of Land & premisses with their & every
       of their Appertenances unto the said Richard Snowden his
       heirs & assigns & every of them against him the said Hezekiah
       Clark his heirs executors & administrators & against all persons
       Claiming or to Claim by form or under him them or any of them
       shall & will Warrant & for ever hereafter by these presents
       Defend In Witness Whereof the said Hezekiah Clark
       hath to this present indenture put his hand & seal the day
       & year first above Written
On the Back of the foregoin Instrum.t            Hezekiah Clark   Seale
was thus Indorst Viz.t
