       Receit whereof he doth hereby acknowledge and
       thereof doth Acquitt & release them the said Charles
       Carroll Esq.r Charles Carroll Chyrurgeon & John Diggs
       their Ex.rs & Adm.rs Hath Given granted Bargained
       sold aliened enfeoffed released & made over and by
       fully clearly & absolutely Give grant Bargain sell
       alien enfeoff release & make over unto them the s.d
       Charles Carroll Esq.r Charles Carroll Chyrurgeon & John
       Diggs as Exec.rs of the said James Carroll all & singular
       the s.d Tract or parcell of Land called Bigger with its
       appurtences scituate & being in Calvert County
       afs.d To have and to hold to them the s.d Charles Carroll
       Esq.r Charles Carroll Chyrurgeon & John Diggs as Exe.rs
       of the s.d James Carroll they or either of them their
       or either of their heires or assignes for ever in as full
       & ample manner as they the s.d Charles Carroll Esq.r
       Charles Carroll Chyrurgeon & John Diggs they or
       either of them as Exec.rs afs.d might have held or enjoyed
       the same by virtue of the last Will & Testament of
       the s.d James Carroll & to & for the uses purposes & intents
       thereof & therein expressed set forth & mentioned
       In Wittness whereof & the foregoing premisses the s.d
       Daniel Carroll hath hereunto set his hand & affixed
       his seale the day & year first above Written
Sealed and Delivered                        Daniel Carroll   seal
in presence of
             Robert Gordon
             Rich.d Tootell               On the back of the foregoing
                                              Deed is thus endorsed viz.t
       February 8.th 1733
       Then Came before me one of his Lordships Justices of
       the Provincial Court of the Province of Maryland Daniel  
       Carroll of Duddington Mannor Gent party to the within
       Deed & acknowledged the same & the Land & Premisses
       therein mentioned to be the right of Charles Carroll Esq.r
       Charles Carroll Chyrurgeon & John Diggs Exec.rs of James
       Carroll according to the Act of Assembly in that Case made
       & provided                                          Robert Gordon
