(25)   Land more or Less the aforesaid Two hundred Acres of Land
          Together with all and singular the rights Members Jurisdictions
          previlidges profitts ^benefitts^ & appurtenances thereunto
          belonging or in any wise appertaining with all patents
          Deed Writings Evidences or maniscripts touching or Concerning
          the said Premisses or any part or parcell
          thereof to have & to hold the Land aforesaid with all &
          singular the Rights Members Liberties Priviledges Profitts
          & appurtenances and also all & singular the Messuages
          Dwelling Houses buildings Barnes Stables Gardens Orchards
          Out Houses profitts comodities advantages and
          appurtenances whatsoever to the same Belonging or
          in any wise appertaining unto him the said James
          Kinsbury his heirs and assignes for ever And the said Thomas
          Gibson for himself his heirs Executors and Adm.rs the said
          parcell ^or part of the Tract^ of Land af.d and all other the Bargained Premisses
          unto him the said James Kinsbury his heirs and assignes
          against all Manner of persons whatsoever Claiming by
          from or under him them or any of them shall & will
          for Ever hereafter Warrant and Defend by these presents
          The Rents and Services that from henceforth shall
          from time to time for & in Respect of the premisses
          which shall become due and payable to the Chief Lord or Lords
          of the Fee or Fees only excepted and foreprized and the said
          Thomas Gibson for himselfe his heirs executors & adm.rs &
          each of them by these presents Doth promise Covenant and
          Agree to & with the said James Kinsbury his heirs Ex.rs and
          Administrators & each of them by these presents that y.e
          Said Thomas Gibson at the time of the ensealing & delivery
          of these presents is seized in his Demeasne as of Fee of &
          in the above Mentioned to be Bargained premisses with
          the appurtenances of a good sure and indefeazable Estate
          of Inheritance in free simple free & Discharged of all
          Incumberances whatsoever & is the true and perfect
          Owner of the same hereby Bargained Premisses & hath
          authority to Grant Bargain sell & assigne over the same
          to the said James Kinsbury his heirs & assignes for & in
          manner & form as aforesaid and for that the said Thomas
          Gibson his heirs executors & adm.rs ^that he the said Thomas Gibson his heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs^ shall and will from time
          and at all times hereafter for and Dureing the Space
          of seven years next Ensuing the day of these presents
          at or upon the Reasonable request & at the proper Cost
