       And from all former & other Gifts Grants Bargains Sales Joyntures
       Dowers Titles of Dower Estates Entailes Statutes Judgements & recognizances
       Rent Charges & Arrearages of rent (the rents & services becomming Due to
       the Chief Lord or Lords of the fee or fees fees thereof only excepted & foreprized)
       & of & from all other Claimes Intanglements & Incumbrances Whatsoever
       & that the s.d John Darnall his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs & every of them the
       Said Land Pmisses & Appurtenances & every part thereof to him the said
       Henry Child his heirs & assignes shall & will for ever hereafter Warrant
       & Defend from & against every Person or Persons Whatsoever Claiming
       any right Title or Interest Therein or thereto & that he the s.d John Darnall
       his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs & every of them shall & will at any time hereafter
       (so it be at the Proper Cost & Charges in the Law of him the s.d Henry Child
       his heirs & assigns) Make do Execute & Suffer all every such further &
       other Act & Act Deed & Deeds thing & things Conveyance & Conveyances
       or other assureance in Law whatsoever for the better & more Perfect
       establishment of the Land & Premisses to him the s.d Henry Child his heirs
       & assignes for ever which by his or their Councill Learned in the Law
       shall be reasonably advised ^devised^ or required In Wittness Whereof the s.d
       Parties to these Presents have interchangeably set their Hands and
       Seales the Day & Year aboves.d
