       Alien Enfeofe Convey remise release ratifie Confirm & make over into
       him the s.d Henry Child in his Peaceable Possession & seizen thereof
       Now being all That tract or Parcell of Land being part of the
       Afores.d Portland Mannour Bounded as followeth viz.t Begining at
       a Wallnutt Tree now bounded in the West line of his Lordships
       Mannor of Ann Arundell & also in the Line of the s.d Portland
       Mannor & running from thence West with the afores.d Line two
       hundred & sixty five Perches thence South Thirteen Degrees West
       One hundred & Twenty two Perches thence East Twenty Six and
       halfe Degrees East Thirty six Perches thence North sixty
       five Degrees East two hundred & Ten Perches thence North
       Fourty two Perches to the first bounded Tree Containing & Laid
       out for one hundred & eighty Acres of Land Together with
       all & singular the Timber & Timber Trees Houses Buildings
       Fences Pastures Gardens Commons Rents Services Issues
       Emoluments Cultivations & Improvements thereon or thereto
       belonging or in anywise appertaining To have & to
       Hold the s.d one hundred & eighty Acres of Land Pmisses &
       Appurtenances & every Part of the same to him the Henry Child
       his heirs & assignes for ever to the only Proper use & behoofe
       of him the s.d Henry Child his heirs & assignes for ever & to
       No other use Intent or Purpose Whatsoever And the reversion
       or reversions remainder or remainders of all & singular
       the Premisses & Appurtenances & every Part of the same
       To behold of the Chief Lord or Lords of the fee or fees thereof
       by the rents & services thereof Due & of right accustomed And
       the s.d John Darnall for himselfe his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs Doth
       hereby Covenant Promise Grant & Agree to & with the said
       Henry Child his heirs & assignes that he the s.d John
       Darnall his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs the s.d one hundred & eighty
       Acres of Land Premisses & Appurtenances & every part
       Thereof & the s.d Henry Child his heirs & assignes shall
       & will for ever hereafter indemnifie & save harmless of
