       Shillings & Six Pence Sterling with the Lawfull Interest
       Thereof then these Presents & every Article & Clause therein
       shall Cease Determine & be Absolutely Void to all Constructions
       & Purposes whatsoever & the s.d William Parks shall be
       seized of the s.d Lott Prize & Tract with their appurtenances
       as of his former Estate & shall be invested with as full & absolute
       Power & Authority to ask receive & Demand to his own Proper
       use the Money & Tobacco herein before Mentioned as if these
       Presents had never been made anything therein contained to the
       Contrary Notwithstanding & in Default of Payment of the said
       Two hundred & sixty one pounds nine Shillings & six pence
       Sterling as afores.d the s.d William Parks for himself & his heirs
       Executors & Adm.rs Doth Covenant & Agree to & with the s.d William
       Black his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs that he the s.d William Parks his
       heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs shall at his & their own Proper Cost & Charge
       Doe & Execute any further or other assureance Conveyance
       or Instrument Whatsoever for the better assureance and
       Confirmation of the s.d Lott Prize & Tract of Land with their
       Appurtenances to the s.d William Black his heirs or assignes
       for ever And for the better & more Effectual Enabling the s.d Will.m
       Black his Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns to receive the sev.l sums of money
       & Tobacco herein before Mentioned to his & their own use In
       Testimony Whereof as well the s.d Charles Calvert as the
       Said William Parks have to these Presents set their hands
       & seals the Day & Year first Above Written

       Sterl two Shillings & ten Pence in Cash thirty Pounds
