       With these Presents hath Constituted & Appointed the above bounden Daniel
       Dulany to be his Chief Agent Escheator & Receiver General of all his rents
       Arrears of Rents Fines forfeitures Tobacco Money for Land Warrants
       Lieves for Terrys Wais strays  of all Duties arising from and
       growing due upon Exportation of Tobacco or Tunage of Ships & all other
       Money Tobacco or Other Effects in Any Manner of way or means now due
       or hereafter to grow Due Whether by Protested Bills of Exchang or
       Otherwise within the s.d Province of Maryland with full Power and
       Authority to Sell & Dispose of ^all^ Lands Tenements or hereditaments to
       the s.d Lord Prop.ry now Escheated or Forfeited or hereafter to be Escheated
       or Forfeited to such Person or Persons as shall agree & Pay for them
       In Money also to inspect order Manage & Account for all & Every
       Other Branch & Branches of his revenue within his said Province
       Whether the same shall grow due by Particular Contract Conditions
       of Plantations Act or Acts of Assembly or by Virtue of his Lordships
       Royltys Rights Privileges or Prerogatives within the said Province
       And for the Better Execution of the Powers & Authorities given in &
       by the said Comission the s.d Lord Prop.ry hath thereby authorized the
       Said Daniel Dulany to give such Orders & Directions to the Naval
       Officers of the s.d Province as he shall think fit & to Remit to the said
       Lord Prop.ry for his own Proper use all such money Bills of Exchange
       or Other Effects as shall arise grow due & be received by the s.d Dan.l
       Dulany from any Person or Persons Whatsoever or by any ^Way^ or means
       Whatsoever to the use of the s.d Lord Prop.ry by all Convenient Opertunitys
       & Generally to Act do Perform fulfill & accomplish all & every other
       Act or Acts Whatsoever Requisite & Necessary for the Due Execution
       Performance & just & faithfull Discharge of the several Powers &
       Authorities Comprized & Specified in the s.d Commission as in & by the
       Same Commission relation being thereunto had may appear Now
       if the s.d Daniel Dulany shall well & truly account for & Remitt
       Yearly during his Continuance in the s.d Offices unto the s.d Lord Proprietary
       his heirs Executors Adm.rs or asignes or his or their order for his &
       their Proper use by the first & safest Oppertunity all such money
       Bills of Exchange or Other Effects as shall grow due to & by received
       by him for the use of the s.d Lord Prop.ry by any way or means
       Whatsoever Deducting & Retaining thereout the other sallery or
       Commission of him the s.d Daniel Dulany for his paid Labour
