Memorandum
       That on this twenty fifth Day of September Anno Dom seventeen
       hundred & thirty three Charles Carroll Surgeon party to the Within deed
       acknowledged the same According to Act of Assembly in such Cases
       provided and M.rs Dorothy Carroll wife of the said Charles Carroll being
       examined apart from her said husband declared that she Voluntarily
       Relinquished all Claim & Demand of Dower to four fifths of the several
       Lands in the Within Deed specified the whole in to five parts equally to be
       Divided & that she was not induced so to do by Coertion of her husband or
       fear of his Displeasure

x.d  This Indenture Quinque partitie made the twenty fifth
       day of September Anno Dom seventeen hundred & thirty three
       Between Benjamin Tasker of Annapolis Esq.r of the first part
       Charles Carroll of the same place Esq.r of the second part Charles
       Carroll of the same place surgeon of the third part Daniel
       Carroll of Duddington Gent of the fourth part & Daniel Dulany
       of Annapolis of the fifth part Whereas the said Benjamin
       Tasker by the Grant or patent of the Right Honourable the Lord
       proprietary of the province bearing Date the first day of Aug.st
       Anno Dom seventeen hundred & thirty two had a tract or
       parcell Land Called Frederick Stadt Lying in Baltimore County
       Containing nine hundred & twenty Acres of Land Granted to
       him & his heirs & Assignes forever in due form of Law & that
       the said Benjamin Tasker by another ^Grant or^ patent bearing Date
       the first day of September Anno Dom seventeen hundred & thirty
       two had a tract of Land Lying in the said County Called Phillipsburgh
       Containing nine hundred & thirty two acres granted to
       him his heirs & assignes for ever in due form of Law as by the same
       Grants Recorded in the Land Office Records in Liber PL N.o 8
       folio 528 & 741 & also in Baltimore County Land Records
       Relation Being thereunto had may more at Large appear
       and Whereas the said Grants were had & obtained by the
       said Benjamin Tasker in Trust to & for the following uses
