       for ever and the said Charles Carroll Surgeon for himself & his heirs
       Doth Covenant & Agree to & with the said Benjamin Tasker
       Charles Carroll Esq.r Daniel Carroll & Daniel Dulany & every
       of them their & every of their heirs and assignes that the said
       Charles Carroll Surgeon & his heirs for ever shall ^&^ will well
       & sufficiently Warrant & Defend unto every of them & to every
       of their ^several^ respective heirs & assigns for ever one fifth part of that part
       Brunswick herein before Discribed & set forth one fifth part of
       Gaitrells Rest one fifth part of that part of Georgia scituate
       Lying & being on the West side of the said Gwinns Falls to
       Compleat eighteen hundred acres as herein before Discribed
       & set forth as also one fifth part of all & singular the residue
       & Remainder of that tract of Land Called Brunswick & that
       part of Georgia scituate & being on the west side of the said
       falls after Compleating the said eighteen ^hundred^ acres so as aforesaid
       against all persons whatsoever Claiming from ^by^ or under him
       And the said Charles Carroll Surgeon for himself & his heirs
       Doth further Covenant & Agree to & with the said Benjamin
       Tasker Charles Carroll Esq.r Daniel Dulany & Daniel Carroll
       & every of them their & every of their Respective heirs & assigns
       that every of them & every of their respective heirs & assigns for     
       ever shall & may have hold & peaceably possess & injoy one
       fifth part of the said two hundred acres part of Johnson's Interest
       into five parts equally to be divided one fifty part of the Lands
       aforesaid by Gilbert Tabert Israel & George Buchannan to
       the said Charles Carroll sold & Conveyed in trust as aforesaid
       with their several appurtenances sufficiently warranted &
       defended against him the said Charles Carroll ^Surgeon^ his heirs & all
       persons whatsoever Claiming from by or under him or them
       or any of them & the said Charles Carroll Surgeon for himself &
       his heirs further Doth Covenant & Agree to & with the said
       Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll Esq.r Daniel Dulany &
       Daniel Carroll & every of them their & every of their heirs
