       that the other fifth part of the said several tracts or parcells of Land Viz.t
       Gaitrells Rest Brunswick Johnsons Interest the Lands Conveyed by the
       said Gilbert Israel & George Buchannan & of all that part of Georgia
       which Lies on the west of Gwins falls shall be remain & continue
       to the use of the said Company to build & erect a Furnace or any other
       building or improvement for running pigg iron from iron oar or
       Metal for making barr iron or manufactur^ing^ iron or for carrying
       on any other trade or Business for supporting any iron work & for
       finding & providing oar or metal Coals or any other materials for
       the said Works or any other Buildings or Improvements made or
       to be made for the purposes aforesaid And for raising or any other
       provision of any Nature or quality whatsoever for the use of the
       people who shall be employed about the said Works & for the
       better support of the said works & Defraying the expence & Charge
       of Carrying them on & to no other life or purpose whatsoever And
       the said Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll Esq.r Daniel Dulany
       & Daniel Carroll for themselves & every of them their several
       & respective heirs Covenant & Agree to & with the said Charles Carroll
       Surgeon & every of them which ^with each^ other that the four fifth parts of the
       several tracts or parcells of Land herein before Mentioned or Intended
       to be sold & Conveyed by the said Charles Carroll Surgeon to the said
       Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll Esq.r Daniel Dulany & Daniel
       Carroll shall be remain & continue to the same use & purpose as the
       fifth part of hm ^the^ said Charles Carroll Surgeon of the said several
       Tracts or parcells of Land is herein before Declared to be & to Remain
       & Continue to no other use or purpose whatsoever & all & every of the said
       parties for themselves & each & every ^of them each & every^ of their heirs Covenant & Agree
       each with the others that all the said Lands shall remain & continue
       for the uses & purposes aforesaid & that none of the parties to these
       presents shall or will with without the Consent or Approbation of the
       Rest first had & obtained Demise Let or sell any part of the said
       Land or any or any timber wood oar or any other Meterials
       thereon growing or thereon being for any other use Intent or purpose
