       Actually Advanced & paid in part of his Share or Dividend of y.e
       Stock agreed on to Carry on the said Works which Allowance
       the said Charles Carroll Surgeon doth hereby Acknowledg to have
       been made as of the trust & agreement aforesaid hath granted
       bargained & sold & these presents Doth grant bargain & sell
       unto the said Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll Esq.rs Daniel
       Dulany & Daniel Carroll four fifth parts of the several
       Tracts or parcells of Land following the said several parcells
       in ^to^ five parts equally to be Divided Viz.t all that part of a tract
       of Land Called Brunswick Begining One hundred perches
       North in the given Line of a Tract of Land Called Yeats ^his^ forbearance
       distant one hundred & twenty five Perches off the said Line
       from the begining of the said Land the said Line ^being^ also the given
       Line of the said Brunswick & Runs thence East & by South
       three hundred & ten perches to the begining tree of Wattsons
       Chance being a tree of the aforesaid Land Called Brunswicks
       thence North East & by east eighty ^perches^ east forty perches
       to a Bounded hickory of the said Watsons Chance it being
       the first tree of a tract of Land Called Youngs Lott thence
       North west with the said Land two hundred ^perches^ still
       therewith North East one hundred perches west by north
       one hundred perches to ^the^ end of the south by east half point
       easterly fifty perches Line of a tract of Land Called Johnson's
       Interest thence still West by North one hundred forty three
       perches with the said Johnsons Interest South South
       West forty perches south by west twenty four perches
       then west south west sixty three perches West by North
       one hundred & sixteen perches West one hundred & sixteen perches
       south sixty perches to Yeates ^his^ forbearance then with the east Line
       thereof Running east one hundred & eighty perches to the end
       thereof then by a direct Line to the Beginning Containing
       six hundred & twenty six acres of Land Also all that or
       parcel of Land Called Gaitaills Rest being part of a tract of Land
       Called Johnsons Interest Conveyed & Sold by Anthony Johnson to John
       Gaitrell of Ann Arundell County & by Francis Gathrell son &
