       Requisite for the said Tenements & Tenants who then were or thereafter
       should be on the s.d plantations then seated as in & by the said Deeds
       being unto them had may More at Large appear and likewise also the said
       sum of six hundred & thirty four pounds sterling hath been really &
       Bonafide allowed unto the said Charles Carroll toward his part or
       Dividend of the stock agreed on to Carry on the said works & Whereas
       the said Charles Carroll Surgeon purchased of Benjamin & Thomas
       Johnson Two of the sons and Divisees of Anthony Johnson Late of
       Baltimore County Deceased Two hundred acres part of Johnson's
       Intrest being in the said County Whereof the said Anthony died
       seized & which by his Last Will & Testament in Writing he Divised
       to the said Benjamin Thomas as by the same Will Recorded
       in the Commissarys Office May appear & of Gilbert Talbott
       Israel one of the sons & Devisees of John Israel Late of Baltimore
       County Gent Deced Two ^hundred^ fifty & one Acres of Land being part of
       the Lands whereof the said John Israel Died Seized & Which
       he by his Last Will & Testament in Writing Duely Executed & proved
       & Remaining in on record in prerogative office Devised to the said
       Gilbert & also of George Buchannan of Baltimore County
       Surgeon one hundred fifty & one Acres of Land with the
       appurtenances which John Lacon Israel one other of the sons
       & Divisees of the said John Israel & which the said John Israel by
       his said Divised to the said John Lacon Israel who by his Deed of
       Bargain & Sale Duly Executed bearing Date the seventh day of
       July ^Anno Dom^ seventeen hundred & thirty one Sold & Conveyed to the said
       George Buchannan & the said George Buchannan by Deed of Bargain
       & Sale dated April the Eleventh Seventeen hundred & thirty Two
       to the said Charles Carroll in Trust to & for the use of the said Company
       but Without any Declaration of such trust Now This
       Indenture Witnesseth that the said Charles Carroll
       Surgeon as Well for & in Consideration that the said six
       hundred & thirty four pounds Sterling is Really & Bonafide
       paid & allowed ^to him^ by the said Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll Esq.r
       Daniel Dulany & Daniel Carroll in Lieu of & as so much by him
