       Riddlesden & the said Vanhaes Cornwillis alias Riddlesden
       Did by his last will & Testament give & bequeath the same unto
       Rebeccah his wife afs.d & the Remainder or Reversion unto
       her two sons above Named Now Know Ye that the s.d
       Rebeccah & William & John Cornwell above named for divers
       good Causes & Considerations them thereunto Moving & more
       especially for & in Consideration of fifty pounds Currant mony of
       Maryland to them in hand paid before the Ensealing & Delivery of
       these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged for
       which ^with^ the Consideration aboves.d she the s.d Rebeccah together
       with her two sons William & John Cornwell above named
       Have Given granted bargained sold aliend assigned set over
       Released & Confirmed unto the above named Andrew Caldwell
       his heirs & assignes for ever all the right property Claim
       & Demand Title & Interest of & unto all the Estate Real &
       personall that the aboves.d Penelope Cornwallis widdow of
       London Did by her Deed above mentioned Sell & Convey unto
       the aboves.d William Vanhaes Cornwallis al Riddlesden together
       with all the Rights previledges appurtenances heridetaments
       & benefitts of ^what^ kind soever either Reall or personall that is
       granted Conveyed & sett over by Virtue of the s.d Deed above cited
       unto the s.d Andrew Caldwell his heirs & assignes for ever she y.e
       s.d Rebeccah Cornwallis William Conwell & Joh Conwell Doth
       fully Holy & absolutely Convey Release Sign over & Confirm
       unto him the aboves.d Andrew Caldwell his heirs & assignes
       for ever as well the Reall & Personall ^& Real^ Estate granted by the
       above named Penelope Cornwallis of London Widdow unto
       the above Named William Vanhaes Cornwallis al Riddlesden
       from ^them^ the said Rebeccah William & John Conwell them
       their heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs & assignes & all other manner of pson
