       seventeen hundred together with ^all^ the Buildings
       Improvements Rights profitts & advantages thereon or thereto
       in any ways belonging & appertaining To have &
       To hold to him the said Charles Carroll his heirs &
       assigns for ever to his ^&^ their own proper use & Behoofe
       & ^to^ no other use meaning or intent whatsoever & y.e s.d
       Daniel Dulany Doth Covenant & Agree ^to and^ with him y.e
       said Charles Carroll that he the said Daniel Dulany &
       his heirs shall & will Warrant and for ever Defend to him
       the said Charles Carroll his heirs & assignes for ever y.e s.d
       bargained premisses as well against him the said Daniel
       Dulany & his heirs as any other of by from or under him or
       them Claiming & the said Daniel Dulany Doth further
       Covenant & Agree to & with him the said Charles Carroll
       that he the said Daniel Dulany shall & will at any
       time within the Space of of seven years from the Date
       hereof at ^the^ Reasonable Request & proper Costs & Charge
       of the s.d Charles Carroll his heirs or assigns make Do Execute
       or suffer any other or further Act or Acts Conveyance
       or Conveyances for the further & more firm assurance
       of the premisses to him the said Charles Carroll his
       heirs or assigns that shall be Devised advised or Required
       by him or them or His or their Councill Learned in
       the Law In Witness whereof & the forgoing
       premisses the said parties to these presents have
       Interchangeably set their hands & seals the Day & Year
       first above Written
       on the back of the foregoing               D Dulany
       Deed was thus Indorst Viz.t
