(204) Maryland fs March y.e 7.th 1732 Memorandum then Came before me subscriber of his Lordships Justice of the provinciall Court the within Named Thomas Jones who then acknowledged the within ^written^ Indenture to be his Act & Deed & that the within granted Lands & premisses are the Right & Estate of the within named Richard Snowden his heirs & assignes for ever according to the true intent meaning of the within Written Deed In Testimony whereof Have hereunto subscribed Name the Day & Year above Written 8 1/2 Record.d Aug.t y.e 29.th 1733 Robert Gordon x.d This Indenture made the twenty eighth Day of August Anno Domini One thousand seven hundred & thirty three Between Daniel Dulany of the City of Annapolis Esq.r on the one part & Charles Carroll of the City afd Chirurgeon on the other part Witnesseth that whereas Charles Carroll Esq.r Doctor Charles Carroll John Digges Acting Execut.rs of y.e last will & Testament of James Carroll Esq.r Deced Did by Virtue of the said Last will & Testament Convey & make over unto him the said Daniel Dulany Esq.r his heirs & assigns for ever all a Tract or parcell of Land scituate & being on Gwins Falls in Baltemore County Called James Park Containing three hundred & thirty Acres of Land as p a Deed Indented Duly Executed & Recorded in the provinciall Land Records of Maryland in Libro P Ll N.o 8 folio 147 & bearing Date the second Day of february Anno Dom seventeen hundred Thirty one Reference thereto being had may more fully appear Now this Indenture further Witnesseth that the said Daniel ^Dulany^ for & in Consideration of the sum of forty nine pounds Ten |
