       Heirs Executors & Administrators Covenant grant & Agree to & with
       the said Richard Snowden his heirs & assignes that he the said
       Thomas Jones his heirs executors & administrators & every of them
       shall & will at all times hereafter at the Reasonably Request & at
       the proper Costs & Charges in the Law of the said Richard Snowden
       his heirs or assignes make Do suffer Acknowledge & execute all
       such further & other Acts Deeds things Conveyances & assurances
       in law Whatsoever as by the said Richard Snowden his heirs or
       assigns or his or their Council Learned in the Law shall be
       Reasonable devised advised or Required for the further better
       & more perfect assurance surety & suremaking of all & singular
       the hereby Granted Lands & premisses with their & every of their
       appertenances unto the said Richard Snowden his heirs and
       assignes for ever And also that he the said Thomas Jones
       his heirs ^executors^ and administrators & every of them the aforesaid hereby
       granted Lands & premisses with their & every of their appertances
       unto the said Richard Snowden his heirs & assigns for ever against
       him the said Thomas Jones his heirs executors & administrators
       & every of them & against all persons Lawfully Claiming or to
       Claime any Right title or Interest of in or to the same or of in
       or to any part or parcell thereof by from or under him them or any
       of them shall & will warrant and for ever hereafter by these
       presents Defend In Witness whereof the said Thomas
       Jones hath to this present indenture set his hand & seale the
       Day & Year above Written
          On the Back of the foregoing               Thomas Jones   Seale
          Deed was thus Indorsed Viz.t
