(200) Ann Arundell County Court & took the oaths to the government Appointed to be taken by Act of Assembly of this province and subscribed the abjuration & test According to the Directions of the said Acts 7 1/2 Recorded July 14.th 1733 Amos Woodward x.d This Indenture made this twenty six & Day of June in the Year of Our Lord One thousand seven & thirty three Between Turner Wootton of Prince Georges County Merc.t of the One part And Nicholas Waltkins of Ann Arundell County Gent of the other part Wittnesseth that whereas Cap.t Rich.d Jones of Ann Arundell County Gent ^Deceased^ Did by his Last will bearing Date this thirtyeth Day of September One thousand seven hundred & four Give & Bequeath to his Daughter Ann Jones a Tract of Land Lying & being in Baltimore County Called Richardsons forest & Whereas the said Turner Wootton Marryed the said Ann Now this Indenture Wittnesseth that the said Turner Wootton for & in Consideration of the Sum of five Shillings Sterling to him in hand paid by the said Nicholas Watkins the Receipt whereof he the said Turner Doth hereby Acknowledge Hath given Granted & Sold as by these Presents he the said Turner Doth for himself & his heirs Give Grant & Sell unto the said Nicholas Watkinskins his heirs & assignes for ever all his the afores.d Turners Right Title & Interest of in & to all the afd Tract of Land Called Richardsons forest Begining at a bounded spanish oak at the head of a Creek Called Sterlings Creek and at the mouth of a Runn Called Shadd Runn & Running South twenty perches to a bounded white Oake then south west & by west one hundred & twenty perches to a bounded Red Oak then Northwest & by west Ninety two perches to a bounded white Oak then North fifty Eight perches to a bounded white Oak in a Meadow then North North East one hundred forty perches to a bounded Red Oak then north west & by west seventy five perches to a bounded white oak in the fork of a Branch falling into North East Branch |
