       of Back River then East & by North One hundred & twenty perches to
       a bounded red oak then by a Straight Line to the first bounded spanish
       oak Containing & now laid ^out^ for two hundred & twenty six acres of
       Land more or Less To the only proper life of the said Nicholas his
       heirs & assignes & to no other use or purport whatsoever To have and
       to hold all the said Turners Right & title of in & to the Land afd
       unto him the said Nicholas his Heirs & assignes for ever without
       any Let suit Molestation or trouble of him the said Turner his heirs
       or assignes or any other person Lawfully Claiming from by or under
       him In Witness whereof the said Turner hath hereunto set
       his hand & Affixed his seal the Day & Year first above Written
   Signed Sealed & Delivered
       In the presence of us                           Turner Wootton   Seal
          Jere Belt         On the back of the foregoing Deed was
          Isaac Hyde         thus Indorst Viz.t

       Memorandum That on this twenty sixth Day of June Anno
       Dom seventeen hundred thirty & three Came before me the
       subscriber one of his Lordships Provincial Justices the within
       named Turner Wootton who acknowledged the within Instrum.t
       to be his Act & Deed & the Land & the Land & premisses therein
       mentioned to be the Right of the within named Nicholas
       Wattkins his heirs & assignes for ever according to the true
       Intent & Meaning of the within Deed & the Act of assembly in that
       Case made & provided                              Jos Belt

x.d  This Indenture Made the Seventeenth Day of March
       Anno Domini One thousand Seven hundred & Thirty two Between
       Thomas Jones of Ann Arundell County in the Province of Maryland
       Planter of the One Part And Richard Snowden of the s.d County and
       Province ^Merch.t^ of the other Part Witness.th that the s.d Thomas Jones
       For & in Consideration of the Sume of Eighty two Pounds Stere
       Money of Great Brittain to him in hand paid by the s.d Richard
       Snowden at & before the Ensealing & Delivery of these Presents
       the Receipt Whereof he the s.d Thomas Doth hereby acknowledge
