(199) & singular the Rights Emoluments & privelidges thereunto belonging or appertaining During our pleasure observing nevertheless & performing such orders & Instructions as we from time to time shall send to you our ^s.d^ trusty & well beloved Samuel Ogle Provided Always that nothing herein before Contained shall be Deemed Construed or taken to extend or give any power & Authority to you the said Samuel Ogle to do suffer acquiesce or agree to anything by means or Reasons whereof ^either^ we or our heirs may be Impeached trust or prejudiced in our Royalties Jurisdictions Rights Titles property or Interest of in & to our said provinces or any part thereof any thing herein before Contained to the Contrary in any wise Notwithstanding And Lastly we Do by these presents Revoke Repeat & make void all former Commission or Commissions formerly given or granted to any person whatsoever strictly Commanding & Requiring all persons of what Degree or Condition whatsoever to pay ready & Due Respect submission & Obedience to our said trusty & well be beloved Samuel Ogle Esq.r as they will Answer the Contrary at their Utmost perill Given at the Citty of Annapolis this twentieth Day of June in the Nineteenth Year of Our Dominion Annoq Domini 1733 Sur.vy William Janssen the great seal in wax appendent On the Back of the foregoing Commission was thus Indorst Viz.t Maryland The Honourable Samuel Ogle Esq.r 11 July 1733 Came before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of |
