(196) Tracts of Land Belonging or appertaining & also all the right title Interest Claim & Demand whatsoever of the s.d George Walker of & to the same To have and to hold the s.d two Tracts or parcels of Land & premisses with the appurtenances unto the s.d James Walker & his heirs & assignes for Ever & the s.d George Walker for himself his heirs Ex.rs And administrators Doth Covenant promise Grant & agree with the said Ja.s Walker his heirs & assignes that he the s.d George Walker the afd two parcells or tracts of Land & premisses Abovementioned with the appurtenances to the s.d James Walker his heirs & Assignes ag.t him the said George Walker and his heirs & all other persons shall & will Warrant & Defend by these presents In Wittness Whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto sett their hands & seals the Day & Year first above Written Sealed and Delivered In the presence of GWalker Seal Ch Browne On the Back of the foregoing Mich.a Coulter Deed was thus Indorst Vizt Maryland may the 25.th 1733 then Came the within Named George Walker before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the provin.ll Court & Acknowledged the within Deed to be his Act & Deed for the life of the within Named James Walker & Mary the Wife of the said George Walker being privately examined out of the hearing of the s.d George her husband Declared that she Acknowledg.d the same Deed Willingly & freely without being Induced thereto within by fears or threats of her said husband or fear of his Displeasure According to the form of the Act of assembly in that Case made & provided Acknowledged before |
