(195) Memorandum That on the thirteenth Day of June Anno Dom One thousand seven hundred & thirty three Came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the provincial Court the within Named Mary Knighton and acknowledged the within written Deed to be her Act & Deed & that the within Granted Lands & premisses are the Right & Estate of the within Named Samuel Lockwood Thomas Knighton Samuell Brown & Thomas Sparrow & their Severall & Respective heirs for ever Accord to the true Intent & Meaning of the within writing Deed In Testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name the Day & Year above written 5 1/2 Recorded 7.th July 1733 Robert Gordon x.d Maryland fs This Indenture made this twenty fifth Day of May Anno Domini Seventeen hundred thirty & three Between George Walker of Baltimore County in the province afd Chirurgeon of the one part & James Walker of Ann Arundell County in the province afd Chirurgeon of the other part Witnesseth that the said George Walker for & in Consideration of the sum of two hundred pounds Curr.t money to him in hand paid by the said James Walker the Receipt Whereof the s.d George Walker Doth hereby acknowledge Hath Granted Bargained & Sold & by these presents Doth Grant Bargain & Sell unto the said Ja.s Walker & his heirs for ever all that two parcells of Land ^Lying^ on the east side of the main road ^that^ now leads from Annapolis to Patapscoe ferry the One Called Bodys Adventure & the other Called Gardners Addition According as the same is Discribed & Bounded in a Deed of Gift by John Gardner to Susanna his Daughter & all houses Buildings Gardens Orchards Lands Woods & Advantages Whatsoever to the s.d two parcells or Tracts |
