       And their heirs Shall & will not only hold themselves Contented w.th
       the Said Partition & Such Part portion & Purparty as to them
       is Assigned by reason of the s.d Partition & Allotment but also
       that every of the s.d Parties & their heirs And Assignes Shall have
       & hold Such Part Portion & purparty as to them or any of them is
       assigned ^by the^ Same Partition or Allotment according to the^ir^ respective
       Rights (That is to Say) that he the s.d Edw.d Neale & his assigns Shall
       have hold Possess & injoy for his & his afores.d Daughters their
       Part Portion & purparty as afores.d the s.d Tract of Land
       Called Bennetts Lowe Containing fourteen hundred
       acres to the uses following (Viz.t) to the use of him the s.d
       Edward Neale for & Dureing his Natural life & after his
       Decease to the use of the s.d Mary & Eleanor his Daughters
       as afores.d their heirs & assignes for ever And the
       Parties afores.d for themselves & their heirs do further Covenant
       Grant & Agree to & with every other Severally & their
       Several heirs that every of the s.d Parties his wife & heirs
       Shall at any time hereafter make doe acknowledge or
       Suffer or Cause to be made Done & Acknowledged all & every
       Such thing & things Act & Acts be it by fine recovery
       release Confirmation Deed inrolled or otherwise as Shall
       be reasonably Advised or Required for the more full & absolute
       assureance of the s.d several Portions & Purparties to make
       the Said Partition Perfect & firm & to Indure for ever
       According to the true Intent & meaning of these Presents
       And Furthermore the s.d Charles Digges & Susanna
       Marria his wife Henry Darnal & Eliz.a his wife & Francis
       Hall & Dorothy his wife for themselves & their heirs do
       Covenant Grant & Agree to & with the s.d Edw.d Neale that
       he the s.d Edw.d Neale & his assigns Shall & may have
       hold & Injoy the s.d Tract of Land Called Bennetts Lowe to
