       Hundred & Fifty Acres And for what is yet Known the
       afores.d Nicholas Lowe in his lifetime had right to though not
       actual Possession of several other Tracts or Parcells of Land Lying
       In the Countyes of S.t Mary's Charles & Prince Georges &
       Whereas all the afores.d Lands are now Descended & Came to
       The s.d Susanna Maria Digges Sister of the Said Nicholas
       Lowe ^to Eliz.a Darnall af.d also Sister of the s.d Nich.o Lowe^ to the s.d Edw.d Neale in right of himself & Mary and
       Eleanor Neale his Daughters by Mary his Late Wife
       who was also Sister of the s.d Nicholas Lowe & to Dorothy
       Hall afores.d the other Sister of the s.d Nicholas And
       Whereas there hath been Partition Severance & Allotment
       Severally made among the Parties afores.d by Mutual
       Consent of all the abovenamed Tracts or Parcells of Land
       Betwixt the said Charles Digges & Susanna Maria his
       Wife Henry Darnall & Eliz.a his wife Edward Neale
       on behalf of himself & Mary & Eleanor Neale his  
       Daughters as afores.d & Francis Hall & Dorothy his
       wife & every of the Said husbands & Wives & the s.d Edw.d
       Neale in right of himself & Mary & Eleanor his Daughters
       afores.d have thereby a fourth part of the Premisses as
       equally as might be by them Divided (Regard being
       Had as well to Quality as Quantity) And now the said Charles
       Digges & Susanna Maria his wife Henry Darnall and
       & Eliz.a his wife Edward Neale on behalf of himself &
       his Daughters afores.d & Francis Hall & Dorothy his
       Wife & every of them for themselves & their heirs Do
       Covenant grant & agree by these Presents (for the Better
       Corroboration & Confirmacon of the s.d Partition made agreed
       & Consented to in Such Manner & form as afores.d) to stand
       to & Agree to the Same Partition & Allotment so made
       & to Permit & Suffer the Same to Stand remain & abide
       in full Strength & form for ever & that every of them
