(182) Province afd Gent of the third part & Francis Hall of Prince Georges County afd Gent & Dorothy his wife of the other part part Witnesseth that whereas Nicholas Lowe of S.t Mary's County in the same province Esquire Dyed seized of severall Tracts or parcells of Land within the province afd (That is to say) a tract of Land Lying in Saint Mary's County afd on the south side of Patuxant River (part of Delabrook Mannour) being Called the great plantation at Patuxant & supposed to Contain one thousand acres several parcels of Land Lying scituate & being at & about the Courthouse in Saint Mary's County afd Containing by estimation Nine hundred & seventeen acres six hundred & twelve acres part thereof Called friends goodwill two hundred & Twenty Acres of Land being part of his said Lordships Mannour of Beaverdam Lying in Saint Mary's County afd one other tract of Land Lying in S.t Mary's County afd Called Workington or Middleneck Containing three hundred & fifty acres one thousand acres of Land Being part of a tract Laid out for fifteen hundred Acres Called Golden Grove Lying in Dorchester County in the province afd fifteen hundred Acres of Land being part of a tract Laid but for five thousand acres Called Barbadoes Lying in Charles County afd a tract of Land Called Hearitta Maria Lying formerly in Chales But now Prince Georges County on the Branches of the eastern Branch of Potomack River Laid Out for five hundred acres one other tract of Land Lying in Kent County ^in the province^ afd Called Bennetts Love Containing fourteen hundred Acres One other tract of Land Lying in Cæcil County in the province afd Called Spryes Hill Containg five hundred seventy three acres & one other tract of Land Lying in Kent County afd Called Greestoke Containing four hundred & fifty acres And for what is yet know the afd Nicholas |
