       Nicholas Lowe in his Lifetime had right to Though not
       Actual Possession of several other Tracts or Parcels of Land Lying
       In the Countyes of S.t Maryes Charles & Prince Georges and
       Whereas all the afores.d Lands are now Descended & Come to
       the Said Susanna Maria Digges Sister of the said Nicholas
       Lowe to Eliz.a Darnall afores.d also Sister of the s.d Nicholas
       Lowe to the Said Edward Neale in right of himself & Mary
       & Eleanor Neale his Daughters by Mary his Late wife
       Who was also Sister of the s.d Nicholas Lowe & to Dorothy Hall
       afores.d Likewise Sister of the s.d Nicholas Lowe & Whereas
       there hath been Partition Severancs & allotment Severally
       Made among the Parties afores.d by Mutual Consent of all the
       Above Named Tracts or Parcells of Land betwext the said
       Charles Digges & Susanna Maria his wife Henry Darnall
       & Elizabeth his wife Edward Neale on behalf of himself &
       Mary & Eleanor Neale his Daughters as afores.d & Francis Hall
       & Dorothy his wife & every of the s.d Husbands & Wives & the Edw.d
       Neale in right of himself & Mary & Eleanor his Daughters
       afores.d have thereby a fourth Part of the Premisses as
       equally as might be by them Divided (Regard being had as
       Well to Quality as Quantity) & now the Said Charles Digges
       And Susanna Maria his wife Henry Darnall & Eliz.a his
       Wife Edward Neale One behalf of himself & his Daughters
       afores.d & Francis Hall & Dorothy his wife & every of themselves
       ^for them^ and their heirs Do Covenant Grant & Agree by these
       Presents for the better Corroboration & Confirmacon of the
       Said Partition made Agreed & Consented to in Such manner
       & form as afores.d To Stand to & agree to the same Partition
       & Allotment so made & to Permit & Suffer the Same to
       Stand remain & Abide in full strength & force forever
       & that every of them & their heirs Shall & will not only
