             To the aforegoing was Annexed the fol probate

       To all [illegible] to whom these prsents shall Come
       I John Barber Esq.r Lord Mayor of the Citty of London
       in pursuance of an Act of Parliam.t made and passed
       in the fifth year of the Reign of Our Sovereign Lord King
       George the Second entituled an Act for the more easy recovering
       of Debts in his Majestys Plantations and Collonys in
       America Do hereby Certify that on the Day of the Date
       hereof personally Came and Appeared before Me Walter
       Hoxton of Stepney in the County of Middlesex Marriner
       being a person well known & of ^worthy^ of good Creditt and Did by
       solemn oath w.ch he took upon the holy evangelist of Almighty
       God solemly Declare Testify and Depose to be true the several
       matters and things Contained in the Affidavit hereunto
       annexed And I the said Lord Mayor Do hereby further 
       Certify that the probat of the Last Will & Testament
       of John Hyde of poplar in the parish of Stepney in the
       County of Middlesex & Dec.d under the Seal of the Perogative
       Court of Canterbury was this Day produced unto one with
       a Coppy of his last Will thereunto annexed by virtue whoof
       his son Samuel Hyde of London Merchant the duly acting
       extor of the s.d Last Will and Testament is duely Qualifyed
       to receive his estate and to give legall & effectual Discharges
       for the same

                   In faith and Testimony whereof I the said Lord
       Mayor have caissed the seal of the office of Mayoralty
       of the s.d Citty of London to be hereunto put and Affixed
       and the letter of Attorney mentioned in the s.d Affidavit to be
       also hereunto annexed Dated in London the twenty first
       day of Feb.ry Anno Dom 1732 And in the sixth year of
       the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the
       Grace of God King of Great Brittain &.r Defender of
       the faith &r
