       full and effectual Release and Discharge to execute and Deliver
       to the person or persons whose Debt or Debts shall be so Compounded
       and paid or made good according to such Composition
       and for the better performing & executing of all and every
       the matters af.d the s.d Sam.l Hyde in his Capacitys af.d and
       in either of them Doth hereby give and Grant unto his said
       attorny his full power and authority to Substitute and appoint
       one or more Attorney or Attornys under him with the same or
       the like authoritys and powers as are contained in these presents
       And the same to revoke and Annull at his pleasure And also
       to do and execute all such further and other lawfull and
       reasonable Acts and things in or ab.t the premisses as to his
       said attorny shall seem fitting and that as fully and effectually
       to all intents and purposes as the s.d Sam.l Hyde could do if
       personally present And the s.d Sam.l Hyde doth hereby promise
       and agree to ratifye and Confirm whatsoever the s.d Richard
       Bennett his Substitutes or any or either of them shall lawfully
       do or cause to be done in or ab.t the premisses by virtue of
       these presents In Witness whereof the s.d Sam.l Hyde hath
       hereunto sett his hand and Seal this twenty first day of Feb.ry
       and in the Sixth year of the regine of Our Sovereigne Lord
       George the Second of Great Brittain France and Ireland King
       Defender of the faith &r Annoq Dom 1732
       Sealed and Delivered being               Sam Hyde   seal
       the first duely stampt in
       the presence of Walter Hoxton

       At the foot of the aforegoing Deed ^Power of attorney^ was thus Indorsed
       Prince Georges County fs.t 6.th June 1733 Then Came
       Walter Hoxton and made oath on the holy Evangelist of
       Almighty God before Me the subscriber one of his Lordships
       the Lord prop.rys Justices of the province of Maryland
       that He saw the within Named Sam.l Hyde Sign Seal
       and Deliver the within mentioned power of attorney
       on the Day and year as Specified in the said Instrument
