       shall seem just & Reasonable & also for him the said Samuell Hyde
       & in His Name in his severall Rights & Capacities aforesaid & in
       either of them to Ask Demand & Receive of & from all & every person
       & persons who shall be found debtors or accountable to the said
       Samuel Hyde in the Compacity is aforesaid or either of them
       either upon setling accounts or otherwise all such sume & sumes
       of Money Goods & Effects as are or shall be found due from or remaining
       with hands of all and every such person & persons & upon Receiving
       such monyes goods & Effects or of any part or parts thereof proper &
       sufficient Acquittances & Discharges for & in the Name of the
       said Samuel Hyde in his Capacity as aforesaid or either of them
       to signe seal & Deliver to the person or persons who shall so pay
       & Deliver the said monys Goods or Effects & upon Refusall or in default
       of stating such accounts or paying or Delivering such monys
       goods or effects or any part thereof to commence take & prosecute
       all such suit or other Lawfull ways & means for compelling or
       obtaining the setlement of the said accounts & the payment &
       Delivery of ^the^ said debts goods & effects as to his said attorney shall
       seem fitt And the same suites & every or any of them to end
       Compromise & Determine upon such Termes & Conditions as
       his said attorney shall Likewise judge Reasonable & also
       to appear Answer & Defend for him the said Samuel Hyde
       & in his Name in his Severall Capacityes aforesaid or
       either of them to & in all manner of actions & suite
       whatsoever which at any time hereafter may be
       Commenced sued or brought against the said Samuel
       Hyde in any Court or Courts on account of the premisses
       by any person or persons Whomsoever And also
       for him the said Sam.ll Hyde and in his Name in his several
       Capacitys afd or in either of them to make such Composition
       or Abatement for or on Account of any of the s.d Debts as his
       said Attorny shall Judge Proper And upon Receiving what shall
       be Due According to such Composition or Abatement
