       One thousand seven & Thirty & thereof appointed his there for us
       John Hyde the said Samuell Hyde & Herbert Hyde Executors And
       Whereas the said Samuell Hyde alone hath proved the said
       will in the Prorogative Court of the Arch Bishop of Canterbury and
       hath taken upon himself the Burthen of the execution thereof as by
       the probate thereof under the seale of the said Court may appear
       And Whereas at the time of the Death of the said John Hyde Deceased he
       was Intituled to Divers Considerable Debts sumes of money & Effects due
       from & Remaining with hands of Divers persons in the province of
       Maryland in America And the said Samuell Hyde over & Besides the
       said Debts & effects which he is intituled to as only acting executors
       of the said John Hyde Deceasd Is also intituled in his own Right
       & ^upon^ his own proper Account to Divers other Debts sums of Money &
       Effects due from & in the hands of sundry persons in Maryland
       afd Now Know Yee that as well for the Recovery & Getting
       in the said Debts Moneys & Effects due & belong^ing^ to the estate of the said
       John Hyde Deceased as of the said Debts moneys & effects Due & belonging
       to the said Samuel Hyde in his own Right & on His own proper account
       And in Consideration of the trust & Confidence which the Samuel Hyde
       hath & Reposeth in Rich.d Bennett of Queen Anns County in the
       province of Maryland aforesaid & for Divers other Good Causes & Considerations
       him the said Samuel Hyde thereunto Moving He the
       the said Samuel Hyde hath made ordained Constituted & Appointed
       & by these presents Doth make ordain Constitute & Appoint the said
       Richard Bennett his true and Lawfull attorney for him & in his
       in his Name as he is ^the^ only Acting Executor of the said John Hyde
       Deceased & in his own proper Right to state settle Ballance & adjust
       all & every the accounts which are now open & unsettled as well between
       the said John Hyde Deceased as Between the said Sanuel Hyde & all &
       every person & persons Living or Residing in the province of Maryland
       afd & in settleing such accounts to make to all & every person & persons
       so accounting all such allowances as to the said Rich.d Bennett
