          Theophilus Grene

       On the Back of the foregoing Deed was thus Indorsed
       Memorandum this day (to witt) the fourth day of June Anno
       Dom seventeen hundred and thirty three came before us the Subscribers
       two of his Lordships (the Lord prop.rys) Justices for Prince
       Georges County Charles Diggs of Prince Georges County Gent
       Susanna Maria his Wife Edward Neale of Charles County Gent
       and Francis Hall of Prince Georges County Gent and Dorothy
       his Wife And did Acknowledge the within mentioned three parcells
       of land (to witt) one thousand acres part of Golden Grove fifteen
       hundred acres part of Barbadoes and the tract Called Henrietta
       Maria Containing five hundred acres to be the right & Estate of
       the within named Henry Darnall & Elizabeth his Wife their heirs
       and assigns for ever the said Susanna Maria Diggs & Dorothy
       Hall being first privately examined as the Act of Assembly in
       such Cases Directs
       Acknowledged before us the         George Noble
       day and year above written            Pet Dent

       To all to Whom these presents shall come Samuell
       Hyde of London Merchant & only Acting Executor of the Last
       will & Testament of John Hyde of poplar in the parish of
       Stepney in the County of Middlesex Merchant & his Late father
       Deceased sends Greeting Whereas the said John Hyde made
       & duely published his Last will & testament in writing
       Bearing Date the Ninth day of May Anno Domini
