       whereto the ^afore^ said Nicholas Lowe in his life time had any manner of right
       and w.ch are not herein particularly mentioned or Named and the partys afd
       for themselves and their heirs do further Covenant grant and agree to &
       with every other severally and their several heirs that every of the said
       partys his Wife and heirs shall at any time hereafter make do & acknowledge
       or suffer or Cause to be made done and acknowledged all & every such
       thing and things Act and Acts be it by fine recovery release Confirmacon
       Deed inrolled or otherwise as shall be reasonably advised or required
       for the more full and absolute assurance of the said several portions
       and purparties to make the s.d partition perfect and firm and to indure
       for ever according to the true intent and meaning of these presents And
       further more the s.d Charles Diggs & Susanna Maria his Wife Edward
       Neale on behalfe of himselfe and his above named Daughters and the
       s.d Francis Hall and Dorothy his Wife for themselves & their heirs
       Do Covenant Grant and Agree to and with the s.d Henry Darnall & Elizabeth
       his Wife that they the s.d Henry & Elizabeth their heirs and assigns shall &
       may have hold & enjoy the af.d parcells of Land (to witt) the one thousand
       acres part of Golden Grove ^of^ the fifteen hundred acres part of Barbadoes
       af.d the tract Called Heneretta Maria laid out for five hundred acres
       and likewise all other lands lying in Charles or Prince Georges Countys
       af.d w.ch the af.d Nicholas Lowe had right to and w.ch are not herein particularly
       named from time to time for ever Discharged Acquitted and Saved harmless
       of and from all former bargains sales leases charges & incumbrances
       had made done or suffered by the said Charles Diggs & Susanna Maria
       his Wife the af.d Edward Neale or the s.d Francis Hall and Dorothy his
       wife or either of them since the Death of the s.d Nicholas Lowe And
       Lastly the partys af.d for themselves and their heirs do Covenant Grant
       and Agree to and with every other severally & their several heirs To
       the Intent that all Disputes and Controversys hereafter between them
       their heirs and assigns may intirely be extinguisht and taken away
       in manner and form following that is to say that if it shall so
       happen that any of the partys af.d shall hereafter be Evicted Expelled
       or Ejected (by any from or right) from any part or the whole of
       their parts portions or purpartys of the lands as are so alloted to any
       of them by the partition & allotment af.d That in such Case no Contribution
       shall be had or pretended to be had either in Law or Equity
       by the person or persons so evicted his or their heirs or assigns from
       any of the other partys their heirs Extors or Adm.rs but that such
       party evicted and the person or persons claiming under him shall
       for ever by these presents be Debarred and precluded of and from
       any remedy for the Same by any way whatsoever In Witness
       whereof to this Indenture with the s.d Henry Darnall and
       Elizabeth his Wife remaining the said Charles Diggs
