       afd also Sister of the said Nicholas Lowe to the s.d Edward Neale
       in right of himselfe and Mary & Elinor Neale his Daughters
       by Mary his late Wife who was also Sister of the said Nicholas Lowe
       and to Dorothy Hall af.d likewise Sister of the said Nicholas Lowe
       And Whereas there hath been partition Severance & Allotment
       severally made among the parties af.d by mutual Consent of all
       the above mentioned tracts or parcells of Land betwixt the s.d Charles
       Diggs and Susanna Maria his Wife Henry Darnall & Elizabeth
       his Wife Edward Neal on behalfe of himselfe and Mary & Elinor his
       Daughters as afd and the s.d Francis Hall & Dorothy his Wife
       and every of the s.d Husbands and Wifes & the s.d Edward Neal in
       Right of himselfe and his Daughters af.d have thereby a fourth
       part of the premisses as equally as might be by them Divided
       (regard being had as well to Quality as Quantity) And now
       the s.d Charles Diggs & Susanna Maria his Wife Henry Darnall
       and Elizabeth his Wife Edward Neal on behalfe of himselfe
       and Mary and Eleanor his Daughters as af.d and Francis Hall
       and Dorothy his wife and every of them for themselves & their
       heirs Do Covenant Grant and Agree by these presents for the
       better Corroboration & Confirmation of the s.d partition made
       agreed and consented to in such manner and form as af.d to stand
       to and agree to the same partition and Allotment so made and
       to permitt and suffer the same to stand remain & abide in full
       strength and force for ever and that every of them and their heirs
       shall and will not only hold themselves Contented with the said
       partition and such part portion and purparty as to them is
       assigned by reason of the said partition and allotment but also
       that every of the s.d partys their heirs and assigns shall have and
       hold such part portion and purparty as to them or any of them
       is Designed by the same partition or allotment according to
       their Respective rights (that is to say) that he the said Henry Darnall
       and Elizabeth his Wife their heirs and assigns for ever shall have
       hold possess and enjoy for their part portion and purparty as
       af.d the three parcells of Land following (to witt) the af.d one
       thousand Acres of Land being part of a Tract laid out for
       fifteen hundred acres Called Golden Grove lying in Dorchester
       County af.d and fifteen hundred Acres of Land being part of a
       tract laid out for five thousand acres Called Barbadoes lying in
       Charles County af.d And the said Tract of Land Called Heneretta
       Maria lying formerly in Charles but now Prince Georges County
       on the Branches of the Eastern Branch of Potomack
       River laid out for five hundred acres and likewise all other
       lands lying in Charles or Prince Georges County aforesaid
