       This Indenture Quadra partite made the fourth day of June
       in the seventeenth year of the Dominion of the Noble Lord Charles
       Absolute Lord and propry of the province of Maryland &r ^and in the year of our Lord God seventeen hun.d & thirty three^ Between
       Charles Diggs of Prince Georges County in the Province of Maryland Gent
       and Susanna Maria his Wife of the first part Edward Neale of Charles
       County in the province af.d Gent of the Second part Francis Hall of Prince
       Georges County af.d Gent and Dorothy his Wife of the third part and
       Henry Darnall of Ann Arundell County in the province afd Gent and
       Elizabeth his Wife of of the other part Witnesseth that Whereas
       Nicholas Lowe of S.t Marys County in the Same province Esq.r
       and seized of several tracts or parcells of Land within the province
       af.d (That is to Say) A Tract of Land lying in S.t Marys County af.d
       on the south side of Patuxant River part of Delabrook Mannor
       being Called the Great Plantation at Patuxant Supposed to
       Contain one thousand acres several parcells of Land lying Scituate
       and being at and about the Court house in S.t Marys County af.d
       Containing by estimation nine hundred and seventeen acres six
       hundred and twelve acres part thereof Called Friends Goodwill two
       hundred and twenty acres of Land being part of his ^s.d^ Lordships Man.r
       of Beaverdam lying in S.t Marys County af.d one other Tract of
       Land lying in S.t Marys County af.d Called Workington or Middle neck
       Containing three hundred and fifty acres one thousand Acres of Land being
       part of a Tract of Land Laid out for fifteen hundred acres Called Golden
       Grove lying in Dorchester County in the province af.d fifteen hundred
       acres of Land being part of a tract laid out for five thousand acres
       called Barbadoes lying in Charles County af.d a Tract of Land Called
       Heneretta Maria lying formerly in Charles County but now in Prince
       Georges County on the branches of the eastern Branch of potomack river
       laid out for five hundred acres one other Tract of land lying in Kent
       County in the province af.d Called Bennetts Lowe Containing fourteen
       hundred acres One other Tract of land lying in Cecil County in the
       province af.d Called Spryes Hill Containing five hundred seventy three
       acres and one other tract of land lying in Kent County af.d Called
       Green Oak Containing four hundred and fifty acres And for what is
       yet Known the af.d Nicholas Lowe in his life time had right to though
       not actual possession of several other tracts or parcells of Land lying in
       the Countys of S.t Marys Charles & Prince Georges And Whereas all
       the af.d Lands are now descended and Come to the said Susanna
       Maria Diggs sister of the said Nicholas Lowe to Elizabeth Darnall
