       I bind my Selfe my heirs extors & Adm.rs in the Whole & for the
       whole firmly by these presents sealed with my Seal & Dated
       this fourth day of June In the Year of Our Lord One thousand
       seven hundred and thirty three

       Whereas Nicholas Lowe of S.t Marys County Esq.r dyed seized
       of several tracts or parcells of Land in the province afd w.ch are
       now Descended and Come to Susanna Maria Wife of the above
       named Charles Diggs Elizabeth Wife of Henry Darnall of
       Annarundell County Gent the above bound Edward Neale in
       right of himselfe & Mary & Elinor Neale his Daughters by
       Mary (his late Wife) Sister of the s.d Nicholas Lowe And to
       Dorothy Wife of Francis Hall of Prince Georges County
       af.d Gent And Whereas partition of the same land (by
       mutual Consent) has lately been made amongst the parties
       af.d Notwithstanding the Minority of the aforenamed Children
       of him the above bounded Edward Neale And Deeds have
       been this Day Executed for making Valid the same partition
       as far as may be Now

       The Condition of the above obligation is Such that if the
       above Named Edward Neale and Mary & Elinor Neale Daughters
       of the above bounded Edward Neal and their heirs shall at any
       time hereafter when they arive to age execute any Deed
       or Deeds as shall be required by the said Charles Diggs &
       Susanna Maria his Wife their heirs or assigns for the
       further making Valid and Confirmation of the same
       partition or then permitt & suffer the same to stand
       abide and endure for ever so as the af.d Charles Diggs &
       Susanna Maria his Wife their heirs or assigns be not any
       ways hereafter Molested or Disturbed in the possession and
       enjoyment of the part or portion of the same lands ^so^ allotted
       to them by the Partition af.d That then the above obligat
       to be void and of none effect otherwise to stand remain
       and be in full force power & Virtue in Law
