       On the Back of the foregoing Deed was thus Indorsed
       Memorandum This Day to Wit the fourth day of June Anno Dm
       seventeen hundred and thirty three came before us the subscribers
       of his Lordships (the Lord prop.rys) Justices for Prince Georges
       County Henry Darnall of Ann Arundell County Gent & Elizabeth
       his Wife Edward Neale of Charles County Gent & Francis Hall
       of Prince Georges County Gent & Dorothy his Wife And did
       acknowledge the within mentioned one thousand acres of land
       part of Delabrook Mannor nine hundred & seventeen acres
       lying at & about S.t Marys County Courthouse two hundred &
       twenty acres part of Beaverdam Man.r & the Tract of land
       Called Workington on Middle Neck Containing three hundred &
       fifty acres to be the Right & Estate of the within Named Charles
       Diggs and Susanna ^Maria^ his Wife their heirs & assigns for ever
       (the said Elizabeth Darnall & Dorothy Hall being first privately
       examined as the Act of Assembly in such cases Directs)
       Acknowledged before us the                  George Noble
