          who acknowledged the within Instrument as his Act & Deed
          and the Lands and Premisses therein Mentioned to be the
          Right of the Within Named William Black his heirs
          and assignes for Ever according to the true Intent & Meaning
          of the Within Deed and the Act of Assembly in that Case
          made and Provided and at the same time the within
          Named Ann Darnall the Wife of the Said Henry Darnall
          being Examined privately and out of the hearing of her
          Said Husband acknowledged the within Instrument as her Act
          and Deed and Released her right of Dower to the within
          Land and Premisses to the Said William Black his heirs
          and assignes for Ever and Declared she Made the same
          acknowledgment willingly and freely and without being
          Induced thereto by fears or threats or Ill Usage of her
          Said Husband or fear of his Displeasure according to y.e
          True Intent & Meaning of the Within Deed and the
          Act of Assembly in that Case Made and Provided
