       Hath Bargained & sold & by these present doth bargain & sell
       unto him the said Walter Dallas all the Right Title Interest
       Claim & Demand of him the said John Gorsuch unto the
       said Tract of Land scituate & being on y.e North side of Patapsco
       River Contiguous to the Northwest Branch of the said
       River Containing by survey five hundred acres with its
       appurtenances & all improvements Profits & advantages
       thereunto belonging To have & to hold unto him the said
       Walter Dallas his heirs & assignes forever to his & their
       own proper use & behoofe & the said John Gorsuch doth
       Covenant & Agree to & with him the said Walter Dallas
       his heirs & assignes that ^he^ the said John hath not done
       or Caused to be done any Act or Acts whereby to Charge
       or incumber the premisses & that the same & every part
       thereof shall from time to time & at all times forever
       hereafter be well & sufficiently Warranted & Defended
       to him the said Walter Dallas his heirs & assignes from &
       against him the said John Gorsuch & his Heirs & all
       persons whatsoever Claiming from by or under him or
       them & that he the said John Gorsuch shall & will at any
       Time hereafter execute any other further ^or other^ Deed Conveyance
       or assurances of the premisses unto him the said Walter
       Dallas his heirs or assignes as his or ^their^ Learned Council in the
       Law shall advise Devise or require the same to Contain no
       other Warrantee than herein before expressed In
