(164) x.d This Indenture made the Twenty fifth Day of May Anno Domini 1733 Between John Gorsuch of Baltemore County Planter on the one part & Walter Dallas of the said County Merchant on the other part Witnesseth that whereas Robert Gorsuch Late of Baltemore County Planter Deceased by his Last will & Testament duly Executed in Writing & Recorded in Liber TB N.o 5 folio 29 in the Prorogative Office Interalia gave & devised unto his son Robert Gorsuch & his heirs all that Tract of Land & Plantation whereon he dwelt Containing five hundred Acres & thereafter Died by virtue of which Devise the said Robert Gorsuch the Devisee entered into the said Land with the Appurtenances & was thereof seized & Possessed & being so thereof seized the said Robert the Devisee afterwards Died Intestate & without issue by means whereof the said John thereof became Possessed Now This Indenture further Witnesseth that the said John Gorsuch for & in Consideration of the sum of one hundred pounds Currant Money to him in hand paid & satisfied By the said Walter Dallas at & Before the Ensealing & Delivery of these presents the Receipt Whereof he Doth hereby Acknowledge & thereof & from every part & parcell thereof Doth Acquit & Discharge him the said Walter his heirs Executors & Administrators Hath |
