       Repair the same that the said Abraham Boyd his heirs
       or assignes shall be minded to Build Erect Set up & make on
       the said Demised premisses for the term aforesaid as also what
       timber shall be necessary for Casks to Contain the Tobacco
       which shall yearly be made thereon without making waist
       and that he the said Abram Boyd his heirs & assignes and
       every of them paying the Yearly Rent & Observing the Covenants
       herein & hereby to be paid & observed shall & may for & during
       the said Term hereby granted Lawfully peaceably & quietly
       have hold use occupy possess & enjoy the said Land & premisses
       & every part thereof without any Lawfull Let suit trouble
       or Disturbance of him the said Henry Hall his heirs or
       assignes or any other person or persons whatsoever & the said
       Abraham Boyd for himself his heirs & assignes Doth Covenant
       grant & agree to & with the said Henry Hall his heirs and
       assignes that he the said Abraham Boyd his heirs & assignes
       shall & will pay the Rents & observe the Covenants herein
       Reserved & keep the Houses & fences on the said Demised
       premisses in Repair & at the Expiration of the said term or
       sooner Determination of this present Lease peaceably and
       quietly Leave surrender & Yeald up unto the said Henry Hall
       his heirs & assignes possession of the said Land houses & premisses
       sufficiently Repaired & Amended In Witness whereof the said
       Henry Hall hath hereunto set his hand & seal the day of the
           date hereof above Written                        Henry Hall   Seal
