       Province of Maryland Planter of the one party & Abraham Boyd
       of Prince Georges County in the said Province planter of the other
       part Now Witnesseth that that the said Henry Hall
       for & in Consideration of ^the^ Rents & Covenants hereafter in & by these presents
       Reserved & Contained which on the part & behalf of the said Abraham
       Boyd are & ought to be paid performd fullfilled & kept Hath
       Demised granted Leases ^Set^ & to farm Letten &  by these presents Doth
       Demise grant Lease set & to form Lett unto the said Abraham Boyd
       All that peice or parcell of Land being part of a Tract of Land Called
       Moreleys Grove ^Lying^ in Annarrundell County within the meets & Bounds
       Hereafter mentioned (That is to say) Beginning at a Bounded
       Oak being the first Boundary of the said Land & Running thence
       north one hundred ^and^ five perchers to an oak marked with four
       Notches thence North North East forty five perches to marked
       pine then North to a Branch Called ^the^ fox hond on Selmons Branch
       & with the said Branch to the River & with ^the^ River to a Black
       Walnutt tree Marked in y.e presence of Benjamen Boyd Edward
       Mariartei Benjamin Selmon Thomas Hinton & Thomas
       Batt Being Marked for a Boundary of the said Leased Land and
       Running from the said Walnutt with a Line marked in the
       Presence of the aforesaid persons by the edge of a great Pocoson
       to the first Boundary of the said Land together with all woods and
       under woods timber & Timber trees houses or orchards gardens
       fences & appurtenances whatsoever unto the said Land belonging
       or in any wise appertaining To have & to hold all & singular
       y.e said Land Houses & pemisses within the Meets & Bounds afores.d
