(15) By the Last Will and Testament of Henry Darnall
Esquire Late Father of the said Henry Darnall party hereto Given & Devised unto the said Henry Darnall party hereto and his heirs and also all the said Henry Darnalls stock of Negroes Slaves Consisting of Forty five or thereabouts young and old Included Together with all Houses Out houses Edificies Buildings Orchards Gardens Cleared and Uncleared Lands Pastures Woods and Underwoods with all Rights Benefits Previledges and Advantages whatsoever To the said Severall Tracts of Land Mansion House and Premisses or to any part or parcell thereof Belonging or in any Wise appurtaining and all other the Tracts of Land Plantations Negroes Messuages Lands Tenements and hereditaments Whatsoever of him the said Henry Darnall Scituate Lying and being in Prince Georges County or Else where in Maryland or in America aforesaid howsoever Butted Bounded or Described And the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of all and Singular the Premisses and Every part and parcell thereof with their appurtenances To have and to hold the Said Severall Tracts of Land Plantations Negroes Messuages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and all and singular other the Premisses herein before Mencond or Intended to be hereby Bargained and Sold with their and every of their Rights Privelidges Members and Appurtenances whatsoever unto the Said William black his Executors Administrators and Assignes from the Day ^Next^ before the Day of the Date of these presents for and Dureing and unto the full End and Term of One whole Year from thence Next Ensuing and fully to be Compleat and Ended Yeilding and Paying therefore During the said Term unto the Said Henry Darnall his heirs or assignes the Rent of One pepper Corn only on the Last day of the said Term of the same shall be Lawfully Demanded to the Intent that by Virtue of these Presents and of the Statute made for the Transferring of uses into Possession the said William Black may be in the full & actuall possession of all and singular the aforesaid Premisses hereby mentioned to be Bargained and Sold with their and every of their appurtenances and be thereby enabled To accept and take a Grant and Release of the Reversion and Inheritance thereof to him the said William Black & His heirs To and for the Only proper use and Behoof of him the Said William Black and of his heirs & assignes for (Ever) |
